Humiliation Diet

So Dave and Mom and Tiana and I have all been talking about weight loss. One of the big elements of a diet that Dave found was public humiliation. So here we go folks. Take pictures if you want, weigh yourself and let the humiliation begin. We are accountable to each other and to the nebuolous cloud of the internet. Now that we are back from Branson. SUPER FUN! Let the humiliation begin. Post your stats goals stratagy whatever and start loosing.

My sratagy-
I'm gonna go buy a scale:) and weigh and post every day so I am acountable for my progress. I'm going to cook from a "Light and Delish" cookbook. No snacking. I'm gonna drink herb tea after meals to stop snacking. And stop eating after 6.
